Glossary (component)
Not to be confused with this document. Component 4 of the Eight Components of an Interactive Agent. The Glossary component is the authored vocabulary the agent uses to interpret terms inside its domain.
The Glossary component is the agent's own dictionary. A domain expert authors the terms that matter inside the operator's vertical, the operator's product, and the operator's regulatory context. A betting operator's Glossary defines "free bet," "responsible-gaming threshold," and "withdrawal hold." A bank's Glossary defines "KYC tier," "PEP," and "transaction monitoring trigger." The agent reads the Glossary on every relevant decision. The Glossary disambiguates terms that the underlying model would otherwise interpret generically. This is what lets a domain expert author the AI without having to re-explain vocabulary in every Policy or Prompt. The Glossary component is governed centrally and owned by the domain expert who authored it.
