Interactive Agent
Interactive Agent is InteractiveAI's proprietary class of AI within AI Operations, defined by Eight Components and five architectural requirements that together produce traceable, governable, improvable decisioning in production.
Interactive Agents are not generic LLM agents, workflow agents, or skills-based agents. The class is constituted by the Eight Components (Prompt, Policy, Routine, Glossary, Macro, Variable, Tool, Knowledge Base) authored by domain experts on the InteractiveAI Platform. The class is constrained by five architectural requirements: per-decision traceability, deterministic enforcement of critical policies, EvalOps as operating practice, an autonomous improvement loop gated by human governance, and sovereignty by construction.
Dynamic Context Engineering assembles the right context for each decision. The Universal Router selects the right model for each decision against operator-authored Priorities. The class is the architectural unit that AI Operations governs.
