Universal Router
Universal Router is the model-orchestration layer of the InteractiveAI Platform that selects the right model per decision against operator-authored Priorities including cost, latency, capability, and jurisdiction.
The Universal Router is not a static model assignment. It selects per decision, not per agent or per session. Selection runs against operator-authored Priorities: cost, latency, capability, and jurisdiction. Priorities are authored, not heuristic. The Router enforces sovereignty at the routing layer by routing every decision inside the sovereignty envelope the operator has authored, never outside it. This is how sovereignty by construction is mechanically enforced for model traffic.
The Router is the execution substrate beneath Dynamic Context Engineering: DCE assembles the context, the Router selects the model, the Interactive Agent issues the decision. Every routing decision is recorded in the production trace, inspectable per-decision.
